Part-Time Lecturer – Neural Networks & Deep Learning

About the role

The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University seeks a Part‑Time Lecturer to deliver the postgraduate course EE7207 Neural Networks & Deep Learning starting January 2026. This 13‑week module is designed for PhD candidates to deepen their theoretical knowledge and apply advanced neural network techniques to research challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lecture material covering fundamental theories, learning methods, and advanced topics in neural networks and deep learning.
• Prepare tutorials, labs, and assessment items aligned with course objectives.
• Provide guidance and feedback to students on research‑related problems.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure course quality and relevance.

Required profile

• PhD in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a closely related field.
• Extensive relevant industry experience.
• Passion for teaching and ability to engage postgraduate students.
• Prior teaching experience at the postgraduate level is preferred.
