Part-Time Sales Advisor - COS Raffles City

About the role

COS, part of the H&M Group, is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor at its Raffles City store in Singapore. As Sales Advisor, you are the face of the brand, greeting customers and providing high-level service from the cash desk and fitting rooms to the shop floor, while helping create welcoming experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them throughout the shop, from the cash desk to the fitting rooms
• Process deliveries and replenish stock
• Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor

Required profile

• Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in understanding customers and matching their expectations
• Proactive and curious, seeking ways to improve everyday processes
• Honest, genuine, communicative, positive and open-minded
• Interested in fashion and trends, willing to learn and adapt, and collaborative and inclusive
• Previous customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have but not mandatory
