Part-Time Sales Advisor (ION Orchard)

About the role

H&M is looking for a part-time Sales Advisor at its ION Orchard store in Singapore. As the friendly face of the brand, you will welcome customers and give them high-quality service from the moment you start talking to them, right through to the end of their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them throughout the shop, from the cash desk to the fitting rooms and shop floor
• Process deliveries and replenish stock
• Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor

Required profile

• Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in understanding customers and meeting their expectations
• Proactive and curious, eager to improve everyday processes and routines
• Communicative, positive, open-minded and willing to learn and adapt
• Interested in fashion and trends
• Previous customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have but not mandatory
