Part-Time Sales Advisor (JEM)

About the role

H&M is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor for its store in Singapore. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store and help them find what they need while showcasing the products. The role reports to the Store Manager and sits within the Store Team, working alongside Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and other store roles.

Key responsibilities

• Share fashion and product knowledge so customers can make informed choices.
• Work with the team to deliver excellent service throughout the customer journey.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house well stocked, organised and inviting.
• Help with opening and closing the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or a similar field.
• Passion for fashion and for delivering an in-store experience that promotes products and drives sales.
• Thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative and eager to learn, including store technology.
• Flexible and action-oriented.
