Part-Time Sales Advisor (Orchard Building)

About the role

H&M is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor for its Orchard Building store in Singapore. The role reports to the Store Manager and sits within the Store Team, working alongside Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers and other store roles, and connecting with the wider Area Team. It is a key part of creating an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, guide them through the store and help them find what they need while showcasing the products.
• Share fashion and product knowledge so customers can make informed choices.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service throughout the customer journey.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house well-stocked, organised and inviting.
• Help with opening and closing the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or a similar field.
• Passion for fashion and for delivering an in-store experience that promotes products and drives sales.
• Thrives in collaborative and dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative and curious about store technology, eager to learn and develop.
• Flexible and action-oriented.
