Partner Acquisition Intern

About the role

The Partner Acquisition team supports the driver- and fleet-partner network behind Grab's mobility services in Singapore, working with partners, vendors and internal teams on onboarding, activation, engagement and operational readiness. As a Partner Acquisition Intern you will support partner onboarding and daily mobility operations across assigned portfolios, starting with Business First Class rides. The internship is full-time, runs from January to May 2027, reports to the Manager, Partner Acquisition and may require occasional early, late or weekend support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate driver- and fleet-partner onboarding, activation and operational readiness, engage partners to clarify requirements, resolve routine issues and document follow-up actions.
• Pull, validate, clean, reconcile and analyse portfolio data from dashboards, spreadsheets and internal systems, then present trends, gaps, causes, risks and recommended actions.
• Monitor daily booking allocation and driver readiness for Business First Class rides, coordinating reminders, training, partner communications and post-incident follow-up.
• Coordinate shift handovers and guide temporary or BPO staff on task execution.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve data analysis, reporting, documentation and recurring workflows.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to extract data from dashboards, spreadsheets or internal data tools.
• Experience balancing multiple tasks, coordinating follow-ups and communicating blockers promptly.
• Ability to engage drivers, fleet partners and internal stakeholders and document follow-up actions.
• Experience using AI tools to support data analysis, reporting, documentation or workflow improvement.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, filtering, data validation and basic data reconciliation.
• Analytical ability to turn operational data into practical recommendations and clear management presentations.
