Partner Marketing Manager – Asia

About the role

Shopify is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to lead co‑marketing initiatives across Asia, including Singapore and Hong Kong. You will work closely with our partner network to design programs that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth across D2C, B2B, retail, and cross‑border segments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute partner co‑marketing programs that generate pipeline and sales across the region.
• Collaborate with partners through Joint Business Planning to align priorities and expand market presence.
• Coach Partner Success teams and external partners on marketing frameworks, best practices, and strategic thinking.
• Assess partner capabilities and match them with appropriate marketing activities, from single assets to multi‑channel campaigns.
• Prioritize a portfolio of strategic partners, develop engagement structures, and align marketing strategies with Shopify’s business outcomes.
• Localize campaigns for Chinese‑speaking and Southeast Asian markets, ensuring cultural relevance.
• Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and report insights to refine programs.
• Manage regional budget, forecast costs, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Partner with internal teams such as Direct Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and external agencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partner, channel, or co‑marketing within Asia’s e‑commerce, tech, or SaaS sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to design partner programs that deliver measurable results.
• Strong influence skills to drive collaboration without direct authority.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on commercial outcomes.
