Partner Marketing Manager – Asia (Singapore)

About the role

Shopify is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to lead co‑marketing initiatives across Asia. In this role you will design and execute programs that help partners acquire customers, build brand awareness, and drive commercial results across D2C, B2B, retail and cross‑border segments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch partner co‑marketing programs that generate acquisition and pipeline growth throughout Asia.
• Collaborate with partners through Joint Business Planning to set shared priorities and expand market presence.
• Coach Partner Success teams and partners on marketing frameworks, best practices and strategic thinking.
• Assess partner capabilities and match them with appropriate marketing activities, from single assets to multi‑channel campaigns.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, develop engagement structures and align marketing strategies with Shopify’s business outcomes.
• Localise campaigns for Chinese‑speaking and Southeast Asian markets, ensuring cultural relevance.
• Track performance, analyse ROI and pipeline impact, and report insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Direct Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, agencies and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Experience in partner, channel or co‑marketing within Asia’s e‑commerce, technology or SaaS sectors.
• Proven track record of designing partner programs that deliver measurable results.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise spend.
