The role translates business priorities into profiling, specialization, certification and quota actions, and acts as the market subject-matter expert for Check Engine, Click & Go and Chanaplan.
Key responsibilities
- Advise country sales and channel leaders on partner landscape, capability, coverage and readiness, turning business priorities into profiling, specialization, certification and quota actions.
- Own partner lifecycle governance: onboarding, membership, profile integrity, salesperson mappings, M&A and hierarchy changes, landscape reviews and exception management.
- Manage partner specialization and certification requirements, monitor attainment and renewal, identify capability gaps and work with stakeholders to improve partner eligibility and route-to-market readiness.
- Lead quarterly partner profiling across routes to market, supporting coverage, growth priorities and investment decisions.
- Provide partner insights and recommendations to country Channel Sales and Sales Ops on capacity planning and execution.
- Shape and communicate profiling, specialization, certification and quota-deployment frameworks, timelines, guidelines and tools.
- Serve as market subject-matter expert for Check Engine, Click & Go and Chanaplan, helping stakeholders use partner data and tools and championing process improvements.
- Coordinate on-target partner quota deployment in Chanaplan, run range checks, confirm MCO target readiness with Sales Ops, conduct UAT and submit Chanaplan change requests.
- Resolve system, data and process issues and enforce compliance with profiling and quota-deployment governance.
Required profile
- Degree or MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in channel partner management, channel business operations, sales operations or a related commercial role.
- Demonstrated experience using partner profiling, specialization, certification, onboarding or quota insights for channel planning.
- Strong business-partnering and stakeholder-management skills across country sales, channel teams, Sales Ops and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to turn data, partner capability and governance requirements into clear recommendations, with strong written and verbal communication and analytical judgment.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Chanaplan, Check Engine, Click & Go or similar partner-management systems; exposure to partner certification, route-to-market models and channel program governance; experience with UAT and troubleshooting; experience across multiple countries or hybrid channel environments.
