Partnership Manager - Singapore

About the role

Privilee is a wellness and lifestyle platform giving members access to curated hotels, beach clubs and fitness partners across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, and is launching in Singapore and Hong Kong in Q1 2026. It is looking for a strategic, energetic and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to grow and manage its partnerships in Singapore. The role works closely with the Head of Partnerships Singapore to set up the product offering, run daily operations and build the partner portfolio, and is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new partners, build and manage relationships, oversee operations and negotiate outcomes that benefit both parties, ensuring Privilee is represented across all desirable areas of the city.
• Explore new ways to drive value and strengthen relationships through commercially sound solutions.
• Evaluate industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas and strengthen the product offering.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at key partners, provide continuous support and share ongoing feedback with partners, the Singapore team and HQ.
• Monitor, track and analyse partnership performance to ensure sustainable results.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in leisure, hospitality or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing partnerships with mutually beneficial agreements.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, comfortable with face-to-face interaction and fast-paced negotiations.
