Partnerships & Communications Specialist – Offline Branding

About the role

The Partnerships & Communications Specialist will join the SG Marketing – Brand & Communications team to drive offline branding initiatives. You will focus on out‑of‑home (OOH) media partnerships, media buying, and offline brand collaborations that amplify Shopee’s presence in the physical world.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and initiate strategic OOH partnerships with media owners to expand offline branding.
• Collaborate with the appointed media agency to plan and execute OOH campaigns, transit advertising, and brand activations.
• Identify cost‑optimisation opportunities for OOH assets and generate incremental revenue through partner collaborations.
• Assist in ideation, planning, and coordination of offline marketing events with event agencies.
• Oversee budget allocations, project tracking, and cost management for offline initiatives.
• Strengthen relationships with media owners, advertisers, and brand partners to grow the offline marketing ecosystem.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in communications and/or partnerships.
• Strong project‑management abilities and capacity to meet tight timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a knack for generating fresh solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
