Patient Service Associate

About the role

The Patient Service Associate is the first point of contact for visitors at Podiatry Quest, a specialised podiatry practice in Singapore. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while supporting smooth clinic operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, identify their needs and assist with appointment enquiries.
• Manage communications across phone, email and in‑person channels to provide a positive experience.
• Schedule appointments, register patients, and process payments accurately.
• Sterilise instruments using an autoclave in line with infection‑control standards.
• Conduct stock‑taking, order consumables and prepare clinic rooms for daily use.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks to maintain overall clinic efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Attentive, empathetic and patient‑focused with consistent service delivery.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive communication abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills for efficient issue resolution.
• Responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal‑oriented with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Basic IT proficiency for handling appointment systems and clinic software.
