About the role
The Patient Service Associate provides front‑line support to patients attending the Tuberculosis Specialist Clinic. The role requires a caring, empathetic approach while delivering prompt administrative and financial services.
Key responsibilities
- Register patient visits and manage appointment scheduling.
- Collect payments, provide financial counselling and handle billing queries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist doctors during medical reviews in consultation rooms.
- Deliver excellent customer service at the clinic front desk.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or ITE Certificate in Office Skills.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a frontline or counter setting.
- Ability to work in a non‑air‑conditioned environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard computer applications.
