People Operations & Talent Coordinator (3-6 Month Contract)

About the role

Mitrade is seeking a highly organized People Operations & Talent Coordinator on a 3‑to‑6‑month contract to support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations in Singapore. You will ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment coordination to onboarding and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment coordination: job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and communications.
• Coordinate pre‑employment and onboarding activities, including document collection, reference checks, and new‑hire arrangements.
• Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and other employment‑related letters.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and keep candidate information up‑to‑date in the system.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal activities to foster a collaborative workplace culture.
• Handle daily office administration tasks such as supplies management, vendor coordination, and facilities maintenance.
• Administer work pass processes, including Employment Pass and Dependant Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative and HR‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or office administration (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
