People Trainee – 6‑Month HR Internship

About the role

Join foodpanda’s People Team as a People Trainee for a six‑month, hands‑on HR internship. You will support internal recognition and engagement campaigns, gaining exposure to a fast‑paced, global environment while contributing to a positive company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee recognition initiatives across three campaign pillars.
• Handle logistics such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, managing budgets, and coordinating events.
• Create and distribute internal communications via Slack, town halls, and other channels.
• Develop creative content for employee and manager spotlights.
• Research best practices in employee engagement and analyse feedback on campaign effectiveness.
• Support specific projects like growth‑hacking initiatives and executive coaching logistics.
• Provide general administrative support to the Singapore People Team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in employee engagement and recognition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Familiarity with Canva (a plus).
