Performance Marketing & Growth Manager (1‑year contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to accelerate SharkNinja’s digital growth across Singapore and Malaysia. Based in Singapore, you will own paid‑media optimisation, analytics, and website performance while collaborating with the Shark and Ninja marketing teams to improve messaging, creative effectiveness, and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the media agency to plan, execute and optimise paid media across social, affiliate, search and programmatic channels.
• Analyse campaign performance, challenge agency recommendations and ensure decisions align with revenue, ROAS and CAC targets.
• Monitor organic social and KOL metrics and work with marketing teams to boost effectiveness.
• Identify and test new acquisition channels, audiences and performance partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing managers to pinpoint creative gaps and lead data‑driven creative testing.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards in GA4, tracking key KPIs such as traffic quality, sessions, outbound clicks, conversion proxies and revenue signals.
• Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for media creatives, landing pages and key site journeys.

• Experience working with e‑commerce marketplaces and cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable building systems and testing ideas.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for performance tracking and user‑behaviour analysis.
• Experience with tracking pixels and attribution models.
• Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies.
