Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

MajorForm is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join its growing team. You will work with leading consumer, lifestyle and wellness brands across Singapore and Southeast Asia, managing end‑to‑end paid media campaigns that drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and quality‑assure paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance, optimise campaigns toward KPIs and manage budgets efficiently.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and post‑campaign analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Support media planning, audience strategy, budget allocation and forecasting.
• Coordinate with creative and account teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Participate in client meetings, sharing insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on platform changes, advertising trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
