Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join Castlery’s Growth Acquisition team as a Performance Marketing Specialist. You will work alongside a Senior Specialist to translate strategy into live campaigns across paid social and paid search, ensuring clean data, rigorous QA, and timely launches.

Key responsibilities

• Activate campaigns on assigned channels (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google) – set up audiences, upload creatives, implement tracking, and perform QA.
• Monitor daily budget pacing, flagging issues or opportunities early.
• Execute optimisation plans, including bid adjustments, budget reallocations, audience refreshes, and creative rotations.
• Set up and track structured creative and campaign tests, compiling results for senior review.
• Support weekly and monthly performance reporting on spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, and funnel metrics.
• Gather and organise data for deep‑dives into campaign, audience, and creative performance.
• Collaborate with creative and category teams on asset requests and briefs.
• Stay informed on competitor activity and platform updates, surfacing relevant insights.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience running performance marketing campaigns, primarily on Meta or Google Ads.
• Exposure to additional channels such as Pinterest, TikTok, or programmatic is a plus.
• Strong interest in e‑commerce or DTC performance marketing and understanding of the full funnel.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive QA mindset.
• Coachability and clear communication with a customer‑centric approach.
