Personal & Lifestyle Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Personal & Lifestyle Assistant to support the Principal with day‑to‑day personal affairs and occasional travel. The role blends high‑level administrative support with concierge‑style services, ensuring a seamless and efficient personal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, appointments, dining arrangements, transportation, and document delivery.
• Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, ground transport, visas and insurance.
• Liaise with service providers such as housekeeping, property managers, drivers, schools and banks.
• Track personal and family matters, providing timely updates and resolutions.
• Handle purchasing requests, gifts, reimbursements and expense tracking.
• Support planning and execution of private gatherings, business dinners and family activities, including venue and vendor coordination.
• Maintain organized records of contacts, vendors and relevant information while upholding strict confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive, Personal, Lifestyle or Family Office Assistant.
• Flexible to accommodate irregular hours and urgent requests.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience supporting high‑net‑worth individuals or senior executives.
• Familiarity with local Singapore lifestyle resources (healthcare, education, property, dining, transport).
• Mature, emotionally intelligent and capable of building long‑term relationships.
