Pharmacy Technician (3-month Temp) – $15/hr – Clementi

About the role

We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our team on a three-month temporary basis at our Clementi location. The role works regular office hours (8:30 am‑6:00 pm, Monday‑Friday) and offers a competitive rate of SGD 15 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and preparing prescriptions accurately.
• Label and package prescriptions according to orders.
• Maintain and organise medication inventory, including stock checks and replenishment.
• Perform drug preparation tasks such as measuring, counting and mixing.
• Provide basic patient counseling under pharmacist supervision.
• Update pharmacy records and manage patient information securely.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and safety standards.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to resolve prescription queries.
• Handle customer service inquiries and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Process prescription refills and assist with insurance claim submissions.

Required profile

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a related field.
