Philosophy Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

This is an hourly, remote contractor position where you will lead quality assurance for philosophy‑focused AI training projects. You will ensure that AI‑generated philosophical content meets rigorous conceptual, logical, and contextual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee quality, consistency, and trainer performance across philosophy data projects.
• Review AI‑generated philosophy content and trainer/QA work against detailed rubrics.
• Provide precise written feedback on argument structure, logical validity, clarity, nuance, and formatting.
• Identify recurring quality issues and communicate updates to trainers and QA staff.
• Support onboarding of new contributors, maintain documentation, and reactivate inconsistent workers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Logic, Political Theory, Humanities, Religious Studies, Classics, Cognitive Science, or a closely related field.
• Strong command of English for written feedback and team communication.
• 3+ years of experience in philosophy research, teaching, writing, editing, academic or ethics review, or related humanities workflows.
• Deep understanding of philosophical methods, logic, argument analysis, and major sub‑disciplines (e.g., epistemology, metaphysics, philosophy of mind).
