Planner and Control

About the role

Join Applied Materials as a Planner and Control professional, responsible for high‑complexity manufacturing scheduling across multiple lines in Singapore. You will ensure on‑time delivery, optimize line performance, and support capacity planning for advanced semiconductor equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control multi‑line manufacturing schedules, balancing business demand, material constraints and capacity.
• Own tool configuration, slotting and NPMA (Non‑Pure Manufacturing Activities) approval and allocation.
• Design efficient lines focusing on responsiveness, inventory and workload linearity.
• Monitor line KPIs (OTD, EOP, CT, SOE) and drive continuous improvement.
• Support manufacturing capacity fulfillment, training period allocation and field support activities.
• Act as primary contact for Product Support, R&D and retrofit projects, managing home‑tool support and option build cycles.
