Planner and Control – Manufacturing Scheduler

About the role

The Planner and Control role is responsible for high‑complexity manufacturing line scheduling across multiple lines. You will ensure on‑time delivery, optimize line design, and support capacity fulfillment while collaborating with product support, R&D, and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control high‑complexity manufacturing multiple‑line scheduling, considering business demands, manufacturing and material constraints.
• Own tool configuration and slotting, and manage NPMA (Non‑Pure Manufacturing Activities) approval and allocation.
• Design efficient lines focusing on responsiveness, inventory, and linear workload.
• Monitor line performance and drive improvements in KPIs such as OTD, EOP, CT, and SOE.
• Support manufacturing capacity fulfillment and manage training period allocation.
• Coordinate field support activities, act as main contact for Product Support and R&D teams, and manage retrofit projects and option build plan cycles.
