Planning and Control Planner (Shift)

About the role

The Production and Control Planner supports material control, inventory transactions, quality notification implementation, and project execution activities. This position serves as a key point of contact for part status inquiries, ensuring accurate inventory management for manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to ad‑hoc part status queries from Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide timely updates on material availability, inventory status, shortages, and open orders.
• Coordinate and execute Quality Notification (QN) activities, working closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production.
• Perform SAP transactions (MIGO) for material movements, goods receipts, inventory transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Support project execution by placing project materials into On‑Hand inventory status and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, production control, inventory management or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP, particularly MIGO transactions (preferred).
• Familiarity with Quality Notification (QN) processes (advantage).
