Planning and Control Planner – Shift Role

About the role

The Production and Control Planner supports material control, inventory transactions, quality notification implementation, and project execution for manufacturing operations. This shift-based position works closely with production, engineering, quality, procurement, and supply chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to part status queries, providing updates on material availability, inventory status, shortages, and open orders.
• Coordinate Quality Notification (QN) implementation activities and work with cross‑functional teams to minimize operational impact.
• Execute SAP transactions for goods receipts, inventory transfers, stock adjustments, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Support project execution by placing project materials into on‑hand inventory and maintaining alignment with project milestones.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, production control, inventory management or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with SAP (especially MIGO) and Quality Notification processes is preferred.
