PMO Manager – Center of Excellence

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager to lead our Center of Excellence within the Customer Success department. The role will shape standardized processes, drive customized project delivery, and elevate team competency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement standardized policies, processes, and documentation protocols, integrating internal controls for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Account Delivery Managers and stakeholders to tailor project‑management approaches, conduct on‑site inspections, and ensure delivery meets both compliance standards and client‑specific requirements.
• Partner with HR to assess personnel competency, develop targeted training programs, and create incentive mechanisms for team members.
• Collect project data, build dashboards for internal management, and report performance metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Data Center PMO or Construction Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of project‑management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, plus experience in business‑process design and policy documentation.
