Principal Industry Solution Engineer – Travel, Transport & Hospitality

About the role

The Industry Solutions Engineer leads the Travel, Transport and Hospitality advisory and solution delivery throughout the pre‑sales cycle. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will translate business objectives into actionable recommendations and accelerate deals for Salesforce customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enterprise organisations in the Travel, Transport and Hospitality industry through discovery sessions and workshops to understand challenges and goals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision‑makers across business and technology.
• Develop and present innovative custom solutions, including solution concepts, to address business issues and demonstrate Salesforce value.
• Coordinate the full solution cycle by collaborating with technical and business resources.
• Articulate the unique benefits of Salesforce to stakeholders from front‑line staff to C‑level executives.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering differentiated custom solutions and presentations to key decision‑makers.
• Strong desire to set vision, translate business objectives into actionable recommendations, and accelerate deals.
• Ability to orchestrate a sales cycle involving multiple internal and external resources.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
