Principal Investigator – AI Presentation Training (Remote)

About the role

Ethos is seeking experienced principal investigators to help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional presentation and slide‑deck tasks. This fully remote, flexible engagement allows you to work on your own schedule while contributing to AI‑driven research communication.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated conference presentation decks, research posters, grant figures, and lab‑meeting slides.
• Develop plain‑language research summaries and visual communication assets.
• Provide feedback loops to improve model performance on slide‑craftsmanship and narrative flow.
• Collaborate with the AI lab’s research team to define evaluation metrics and quality standards.

Required profile

• PhD with at least 3 years of active research and a solid publication record.
• Demonstrated track record of presenting research at conferences, to funders, or in public forums.
• Expert‑level proficiency in PowerPoint and slide design, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting clear, concise narratives.
