Principal Power Platform Architect (L400 Expert) – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Power Platform Architect to lead enterprise‑wide architecture, governance and solution delivery for our client in Singapore. This senior individual‑contributor role combines strategic leadership, hands‑on development and executive stakeholder engagement across the full Microsoft Power Platform suite.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise‑wide Power Platform architecture, standards, governance and roadmap.
• Design and deliver complex solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio and Dataverse.
• Establish integration patterns with Azure services such as Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Event Grid and Key Vault.
• Drive the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE), ALM frameworks, DLP policies, licensing strategy and platform security governance.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution assessments and technical governance across multiple delivery teams.
• Develop advanced solutions with PCF, Code Apps, React, TypeScript and Azure‑native services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and capability development for Power Platform practitioners.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define digital transformation strategies and Power Platform investments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• 3–4 years in a Principal Architect, Lead Architect or equivalent enterprise‑level role.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale, mission‑critical Power Platform solutions.
• Mandatory certifications: PL‑600, PL‑400, PL‑300.
• Preferred certifications: AZ‑305, AZ‑204, SC‑100, Microsoft MVP (Business Applications or Developer Technologies).
