Principal Technical Project Manager

About the role

Qorvo is looking for an experienced Silicon Process Integration Engineer to drive the development, qualification, transfer, and sustainment of advanced silicon technologies that support the company’s product roadmap and manufacturing goals. Based in Singapore, the role works closely with external foundries and cross‑functional teams across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead silicon process integration to meet performance, yield, and reliability targets.
• Identify and resolve complex integration and yield issues using data‑driven analysis.
• Partner with external foundries for process development, qualification, transfer, and sustainment.
• Collaborate with design, product engineering, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams worldwide.
• Support technology execution through development, qualification, production ramp‑up, and sustain phases.
• Communicate technical status, risks, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in silicon process integration and semiconductor technology.
• Proven ability to solve complex integration, yield, and reliability challenges across the full product lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with external foundries is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• BS in Engineering required; MS or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant semiconductor process integration experience.
