Technician – Tester (2‑Year Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Technician‑Tester to join our production team on a two‑year contract. The role involves building, repairing and testing electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic assemblies while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams and parts lists to assemble, repair and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic components.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshoot faults and correct errors.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps to verify assemblies.
• Enter progress, expense and labor data into computer systems; may involve basic programming or software updates.
• Receive parts, audit inventories and inspect components for defects.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma in a relevant field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in electro‑mechanical assembly or testing.
• Developed analytical skills and ability to apply scientific methods.
• Good understanding of team integration and basic leadership.
• Capability to solve routine problems independently and follow established procedures.
• Effective communication skills for information exchange.
