Principal - Workforce Transformation (Talent & Organisation)

About the role

Infosys Consulting's Talent & Organisation practice in APAC supports large global firms and leading local brands on Human Capital Management transformation, organisational change and agile ways of working. As a Principal in this role, you will help enable world-class workforce operations and experiences, delivering quality client service and insightful solutions while balancing multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and deliver solutions for employee experience strategies, including fit-for-purpose employee experience journeys, personas and roadmaps
• Deliver HR transformation and HR shared service solutions based on client needs
• Develop tailored organisation change management solutions and drive adoption of new solutions
• Lead programme and project management for the deployment of new workforce solutions
• Contribute to practice development, service offerings and go-to-market initiatives

Required profile

• Relevant professional experience, such as a Big 4, global management consultancy, niche consultancy or in-house role on large-scale projects
• Knowledge of core HR, workforce administration, talent management and recruitment processes
• Experience implementing people solutions in technology-related, M&A and other complex projects
• Project and programme management experience, and ability to work independently and manage a small team
• Nice to have: fluency in another language besides English
