Recruitment Specialist (1 Year Contract)

About the role

Prudential is hiring a Recruitment Specialist on a one-year contract. The role involves processing applications and carrying out due diligence checks on candidates applying to become Representatives of the Company, ensuring all steps follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with high accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time.

Key responsibilities

• Process applications for potential representatives of the Company.
• Carry out due diligence checks and collect the documentation needed for the Fit and Proper Certification of Representatives under the Representative Notification Framework (RNF).
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Agency Leaders, candidates, vendors and verifiers.
• Keep records, documentation and reports timely and accurate.
• Ensure processes follow SOPs with high accuracy and within the agreed turnaround time.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through process automation, digitalisation and system enhancements.
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to adapt to fast-paced and challenging situations.
• Curious about new tools and solutions that address operational needs.
• Relevant working experience is advantageous.
• Diploma or degree in Business Management or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with mail merge, spreadsheet management and basic data analysis is advantageous.
