Private Client Advisory Specialist

About the role

We are expanding our private client advisory capability to serve high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and corporate clients across Singapore and other key financial centres. This growth role is designed for an ambitious finance or tax professional who wants to develop deep expertise in family‑office, trust and cross‑border structuring.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior advisors to identify higher‑value advisory opportunities for existing high‑net‑worth clients.
• Develop project proposals, including scope, structure options and fee estimates for family‑office, trust and cross‑border engagements.
• Drive projects end‑to‑end, coordinating internal tax, compliance, corporate secretarial and fund administration teams as well as external banks, trustees and legal counsel.
• Prepare client‑facing materials and structural recommendations under senior guidance.
• Support the setup, administration and review of family‑office and trust structures in BVI, Cayman, Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Assist in designing cross‑border structures with attention to tax planning, regulatory compliance and data protection.
• Review financial statements, support full set of accounts for managed structures and assist with tax filings.
• Monitor CRS, FATCA and KYC/AML requirements and ensure timely compliance.

Required profile

• Qualified finance or tax professional with a solid accounting and tax foundation.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly.
• Interest in private wealth structuring and willingness to develop expertise in family‑office and trust regimes.

Required skills

• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of tax planning and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with CRS, FATCA and KYC/AML regulations.
