About the role
Join Applied Materials in Singapore as a college intern focused on process development for degas, pre‑clean and PVD chambers used in RLD/Bump applications. You will work under engineer guidance to perform experiments, collect data and contribute to improving chamber performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in process optimization and measurement of film properties, and organize data/reports for review.
- Perform hardware characterization on moderately complex systems while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Support troubleshooting of moderately complex problems, conduct root‑cause analysis and help resolve process engineering issues.
Required profile
- Enrolled in a college engineering program with interest in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Ability to follow guidance, work safely and document experimental results.
