Process Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. You will be responsible for defining and improving factory processes, ensuring consistency across our global facilities, and driving automation initiatives to boost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Document and define factory and production processes and procedures across the Group.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Deploy and implement production processes and procedures in Singapore and overseas facilities.
• Manage next‑generation production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with factory and process engineering standards.
• Perform additional duties related to operations and process engineering as required.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities applied to manufacturing processes.
• Effective communication skills and the initiative to work independently.
