Process Engineer – Semiconductor Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a senior Process Engineer to provide on‑site engineering support for plasma etch, clean and deposition equipment at customer facilities. You will lead new system installations, start‑ups and process qualification while collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support on‑site installation, start‑up and qualification of plasma etch, clean and deposition tools.
• Develop and optimise process windows through Design of Experiments (DOE) and equipment upgrades.
• Partner with customers to translate technology requirements into practical solutions.
• Conduct experiments, analyse data and produce technical reports for new process development and equipment matching.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, process improvement and maintain safe operations in semiconductor fab environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering or equipment support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with hands‑on experience in process development and optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively.
• Willingness to work in fab environments and perform standby duties as needed.
