Process Integration Module Engineer (DRAM/NAND)

About the role

Micron is hiring a Process Integration Module Engineer in its Central Process Integration department at Fab 10A. You will coordinate improvements in yield, quality and output for DRAM/NAND process and production lines, working with network teams to establish documented best-known methods (BKMs).

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams (PIE, Process & Equipment Engineering, WLR, TD) to improve product yield and reliability within your assigned process loop.
• Design, run and analyse experiments to improve fab process, yield and quality, and collect and interpret complex data to optimise processes.
• Work with global partners and other PI module owners and sister fabs on process alignment projects.
• Communicate module-related issues to Fab engineering and leadership teams.
• Partner with IE, Process and Equipment Engineering and Production to forecast and balance yield, output and process issues.
• Promote network synergy through benchmarking and standardisation of BKMs.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work, and share AI-enabled improvements.
• Travel to global Micron sites may be required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Materials, Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator who can collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset and interest in the semiconductor industry and Micron.
• Internship or semiconductor industry experience is a plus; demonstrated leadership is highly desirable.
