Process Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Process Quality Engineer to lead the management of our Asia Quality System, ensuring compliance with global standards and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain QMS documentation in line with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and GMP requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update the QMS accordingly.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits for suppliers and customers.
• Analyse quality data, identify trends and lead improvement initiatives.
• Act as Management Representative, reporting QMS performance to top management and leading management reviews.
• Manage product, customer (CCAR) and supplier (SCAR) complaint processes, ensuring root‑cause driven corrective actions.
• Provide on‑floor operational quality support and training on quality procedures and tools.
• Collaborate with global quality teams to align local practices with corporate policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with internal and external audits.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret quality metrics and drive improvements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior management.
