Procurement Business Partner Manager

About the role

The Procurement Business Partner will act as the strategic link between the Procurement function and internal business units, providing expert guidance and driving value through sourcing, supplier management and process governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing for designated stakeholders, including requirement gathering, sourcing events via Ariba, supplier interaction and contract finalisation.
• Apply negotiation tactics and market analysis to evaluate proposals, benchmark pricing and identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Manage contracts to ensure clear deliverables, milestones and service levels.
• Support the P2P lifecycle, evaluate purchase requisitions against policies, report irregularities and drive continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, advise on procurement policies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in ad‑hoc procurement projects and cross‑functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and value delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of procurement experience in a large enterprise, preferably in technology or real‑estate purchases.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and manage complex sourcing initiatives.
