Procurement Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Executive. You will be responsible for sourcing, vendor relations, purchase orders, and logistics, ensuring timely and cost‑effective procurement of materials and services while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and purchasing essentials at the best price and quality in accordance with the Club's procedures.
• Processing and issuing purchase orders for all food & non‑food items.
• Assisting in the daily receiving of items.
• Effective sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
• Ensuring Purchase Requisition accuracy, following up on approval and PO closure.
• Monitoring daily PO status and ensuring delivery fulfillment.
• Liaising with vendors, chefs, and business units on delivery and operational issues.
• Arranging urgent orders for last‑minute events or increased reservations.
• Monitoring open POs, updating reports, and maintaining filing.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality, clubs, F&B, or service industries.
• Proven track record in tender management, contract negotiation, and vendor governance.
• Hands‑on experience in stock management, inventory counts, and audit processes.
• Effective collaborator and clear communicator across multiple functions.
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Positive working attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines.
