Procurement Generalist Intern

About the role

Labcorp, a global leader in laboratory services, is looking for an Intern - Procurement Generalist to join its team in Singapore. This is a full-time, onsite internship of at least 22 weeks, running from January to June 2027, with paid compensation. It suits final-year students graduating in July/August 2027, though students at all levels studying relevant fields are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily supply chain operations, including order processing and vendor coordination
• Support procurement activities such as setting up and updating new vendors, reviewing quotations, approving requisitions and generating reports for procurement analysis
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and payment issues with vendors
• Participate in the rollout of the Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP system
• Learn, explore and develop AI/Copilot prompts to improve procurement efficiency and automation
• Develop problem-solving skills in operational and financial contexts

Required profile

• Current enrollment in a Supply Chain or other related Bachelor's degree program; other degrees may be considered
• Knowledge of procurement and customer service
• Preferred: good organization and multitasking, effective verbal and written communication, proactive problem-solving, and experience using automation tools

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Ability to organize data and documents effectively
