Procurement Manager – Live Music Venue

About the role

Live Nation is opening a purpose‑built, 3,000‑seat live music venue in Singapore. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Procurement Manager will lead purchasing, sourcing, vendor coordination and inventory support to ensure the venue runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day procurement and purchasing across all venue departments.
• Source, evaluate and procure operational supplies, technical equipment, services and event‑related items.
• Obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons and negotiate with vendors.
• Process purchase requests, purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Ensure compliance with approval processes, financial controls and procurement policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors and service providers.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines and pricing consistency.
• Support accounts payable activities, including invoice verification and payment coordination.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain functions within a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work closely with Venue Operations, Technical Production, Engineering, Event Planning, Marketing, Security and Finance teams.
• Strong negotiation skills and focus on cost control and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of procurement compliance, contract documentation and vendor onboarding.
