Procurement Manager – Luxury Private Terminal (Pre‑opening)

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead end‑to‑end purchasing activities for a new luxury private terminal, ensuring cost‑effective, timely and high‑quality procurement. This position drives strategic sourcing, manages supplier relationships and oversees the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, onboarding and performance evaluation.
• Conduct market surveys and benchmarking to secure competitive pricing and trade terms.
• Manage purchase requisitions, sample requests, order processing and contract lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Perform cost analysis, negotiate prices and trade terms, and collaborate with Finance on budgeting and spend tracking.
• Oversee inventory control, demand forecasting and replenishment strategies with operations and F&B teams.
• Integrate ESG principles into procurement by prioritising responsible and ethical suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a high‑end hospitality or aviation environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and total cost of ownership.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships.
• Knowledge of Singapore procurement regulations and ESG sourcing practices.
