Procurement Officer – 5‑day work week in Tampines

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage key procurement activities. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective purchasing while maintaining accurate records and strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions (PR) via Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and generate purchase orders (PO) each month.
• Oversee daily purchasing operations, including planning, logistics coordination, and supplier engagement.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to address purchasing needs and resolve delivery, quality, or cost issues.
• Escalate supplier‑related problems when necessary to maintain smooth procurement processes.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks or projects assigned by the manager.
• Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies at all times.
• Assist in sourcing competitive quotations and gathering product samples according to operational and quality standards.
• Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with key suppliers for reliable, long‑term collaboration.
