Procurement Specialist – Associate

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Procurement Specialist to support material acquisition for manufacturing, field operations, technology, and project teams. You will work under direct supervision, ensuring timely purchase order issuance and compliance with category‑management policies.

Key responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders based on material requirements from various internal stakeholders.
• Execute Category Management strategy in line with company policies.
• Expedite, de‑expedite and process change orders to meet production and project demands.
• Analyze and resolve basic Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt (GRIR) issues with assistance.
• Assist in creating Requests for Quotations (RFQ) and organizing competitive bidding processes.
• Support supplier performance assessment activities.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in a technical, business or related discipline.
• Entry‑level candidates with a strong interest in procurement and supply‑chain processes.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SAP Purchase to Pay knowledge (desirable).
