Product Development Analyst - HR Technology (2-year contract)

About the role

Singapore Airlines is hiring a Product Development Analyst for its HR Technology Department within the Human Resources Division, on a 2-year contract. The analyst leads and manages projects that simplify and automate HR processes for employees and HR teams, improving the employee experience. The role also supports the day-to-day operation of HR IT systems, handles operational issues and manages change requests for system enhancements. Ongoing examples include implementing SuccessFactors to replace SAP HR, re-platforming staff travel, Gen-AI, RPA, chatbots and smart search.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR IT projects so they are delivered on time, within budget and scope, using the agile methodology.
• Evaluate and implement Change Requests according to users' requirements.
• Make sure procedures and controls from IT, Internal Audit and Information Security are followed.
• Answer user queries and issues within HR Systems and Processes.
• Identify and implement system enhancements to improve performance and usability.
• Plan and coordinate yearly system activities across the SIA group.
• Stay up to date with HR technology trends and take part in industry networking.

Required profile

• University bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT-related fields.
• Proven project management skills and strong leadership skills.
• Meticulous, with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience is an added advantage.
