Product Lead - Jobline

About the role

Jobline is hiring a Product Lead for its Jobline product. The role covers end-to-end requirements work, from elicitation and process mapping through to test cases and data validation. Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1-year agency contract.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit requirements, sequence them and plan phases
• Write user stories with acceptance criteria and write process documentation
• Interview stakeholders and map as-is and to-be processes
• Support test case writing, UAT and data analysis for requirements validation

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field
• 3 to 5 years as a business analyst in product engineering and development, including at least two years on agile delivery
• Experience bringing multiple agencies or divisions onto a shared process is a strong advantage
• Candidates whose experience is mainly reviewing vendor work, project management or platform configuration (e.g. CRM or ERP) will not be suitable

Required skills

• Running workshops with users and writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional design
• Writing and executing test cases from system test through SIT and UAT, including testing with migrated data
• SQL for data investigation and validation
