Product Manager / Director – Financial Products

About the role

OKX is looking for a senior product leader to shape its suite of financial products, including spot, margin, perpetuals, futures and options. You will own the core trading infrastructure that processes billions of dollars in daily volume for retail and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain order‑management, matching, margin, risk‑engine and lending/borrowing systems across spot and derivatives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and local market teams to build solutions that meet the highest regulatory standards.
• Analyze competitor platforms and define where OKX leads versus fast‑follows.
• Build data‑monitoring layers to provide real‑time situational awareness of the trading stack.
• Define product road‑maps (3–12 month horizon) based on lifecycle, competition and capacity.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery from specification to launch, aligning engineering, design, ops and marketing.
• Design AI‑driven multi‑step agent workflows that enhance core trading operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience building complex financial or crypto trading systems.
• Proven track record of shipping large‑scale, high‑throughput products.
