Product Process Assistant – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Product Process Assistant to support daily production and process operations at our Singapore facility. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and operating within a structured environment. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operations following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support production, process handling, and basic testing activities.
• Monitor workflow to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify and report process issues or operational delays.
• Assist in resolving issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to sustain smooth operations.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Responsible, detail‑oriented, and able to follow procedures.
• Comfortable with hands‑on work in a production or operations environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Data entry proficiency.

What we offer

• 5‑day work week, 9 am – 6 pm normal shift.
• Monthly salary range SGD 2,400 – 2,700.
• AWS and monthly performance bonus.
• Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
